Shipping

Our Chalices and Ciboria are made to order. Most orders ship in two weeks. Occasionally there may be a slight delay. This usually occurs during our busy seasons of Christmas and Lent. Please order early!

ChalicesDirect.com ships within the United States as well as the following countries: United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Japan. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Return Policy

Our Chalices and Ciboria are made to order. Therefore, there are no returns, exchanges or cancellations once production begins. We guarantee all products against defects. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or cleaning. Repair or exchange on defective items only.

Engraving

We offer engraving on most items. Each letter/character is $1.00 and will be charged separately from the online order. We are not responsible for errors or omissions on the part of the customer. Please review your entry carefully before submitting for processing.
